Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship all around the U.S. with competitive shipping rates calculated at checkout. We do ship around the world, but as a small business we can't subsidize these costs. So international shipping can cost a LOT. Go to checkout and enter your address to check rates.
How long does shipping take?
To keep costs low for you, we collect all orders over a 2 week period and then do all of our shippings at once. So product can take 3-4 weeks to arrive but then will be shipped out immediately. You will get a shipping notification when your item(s) ship.
How do I track my order?
You will get an email with your tracking number once your item(s) has shipped.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Returns are eligible for 30 days after you receive the item. Items must be in like new condition. Please email Jami@findingjoyinyourhome.com to reach our customer service team.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Please note: It can sometimes take your bank an additional 5-7 days to process that refund once we send it.
Can I exchange for a different item?
In some cases yes! When we do our dress collections, we sometimes can exchange for a different size and sometimes do not have the inventory. Reach out to find out!

I am waiting on a back ordered item!
We are so sorry for the long delay on these. As of 6/22/25, 90% of ALL backordered items are in our hands and the cookbooks will be in our hands this WEEK! When can we expect more Sterling Spectacles books?
GREAT NEWS! Sterling Spectacles #7 and #8 are releasing in Summer 2025 with books #9 and #10 releasing in Fall 2025!!
